KCHE is proud to announce our 2018 Teachers of the Year! Our Elementary winner is Missy Page of Altamont Grade School, USD 506. Mrs. Page was nominated by her principal, Tiffany Flatt. Our Secondary winner is Emily Williams of Derby High School, USD 260. Ms. Williams was nominated by her former student, Erica McClure, and by her colleague, Kari Schott. Both teachers will be presented their awards at the Kansas Social Studies Teacher of the Year Recognition Ceremony/Reception on October 28th in Emporia, KS.
