KS School Funding Update (6.9.17):
The Governor received the school funding bill today. If you remember, the bill was passed last weekend by the House and Senate. The Governor has ten days to decide if he will sign, veto or just let the bill become law. After that is done, the bill will be sent to the Kansas State Supreme Court. Hearings will have to be scheduled before the justices will rule on if the bill meets their definition of adequacy. Will keep you updated.
